JonNestor Ghana is optimistic about 2013, despite a fall in confidence in the second half of 2012. Our survey found that majority of business is expecting an increase in profits, headcount over the next six months.

To achieve future growth plans, almost half of our focus will be on winning and maintaining our existing client base followed by cost control.

Our survey also found that many of business is starting to push innovation up the agenda. The majority of respondents believe there is still efficiency to be achieved through greater collaboration, however it is a lack of understanding by their customers that is restricting real progress in this area.
